Robert Lopes, CPM

Robert Lopes has over a decade of experience in property management, marketing, training and development, in every property class, style, and strategy. Mr. Lopes holds a variety of certification including the Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and is EPA Universally Certified. In addition to Mr. Lopes vast Multi-Family Management education, he serves on the Board of Director’s for the Houston Apartment Association, and is also recognized as a member of the NAA Education Institute Faculty since 2011. Robert is currently a CPM with the prestigious Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Karen Riley, CAPS, IROP
Karen Riley currently holds an executive level position expanding her experience in evaluating assets and repositioning under performing communities. Karen holds the certified apartment property supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. She has over 16 years of property management experience in all areas of the multifamily industry including new construction and renovations. Ms. Riley served as Regional Director overseeing the complete operations of 4,000+ multifamily units along with employee training and development of new team members and investor/owner reporting and communications. Karen has a strong background in financial management, identifying and effectively analyzing critical property operations during the disposition, acquisition and due diligence process. She is continually recognized by her peers as a strong leader with a wide array of industry experience.
Jason Contreras, B.B.A
Jason Contreras joined Relik Realty in 2016 as controller. Mr. Contreras is responsible for directing accounts payable, payroll and financial reporting for more than 125 separate business entities. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow forecasting, cash and capital management.
Human Resources and Marketing Coordinator
Gina Guajardo, B.S., NALP
Gina Guajardo is responsible for developing, administering and directing human resource management activities, as the executive who creates and implements strategies for the development and retention of Relik's human capital. With great enthusiasm and passion, she administers the recruitment, development, retention, employee relations, training and long term Human Resources strategic planning at Relik Realty.
Marketing responsibility's include developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking and maintaining promotional materials; planning investment tours and company events; designing and maintaining websites; preparing online marketing materiel for entire portfolio and Relik Realty.
Regional Maintenance Director
Jesus Rojas joined Relik Realty in 2017 as a Regional Maintenance Director with over 30 years experience. Jesus has been recognized as a leader in multi family Maintenance by both the company's he has worked for and Houston Apartment Association. In 2011 and 2012 Jesus was nominated for Maintenance Supervisor of the Year.
